Why should I use a professional to manage my property?

- You will not be getting a phone call in the middle of the night that a pipe blew. We will handle all maintenance and emergency repairs 24 hours a day.
- We handle the collection of rents and will serve the tenant with the proper notices if they fail to pay.

How is a tenant qualified?
The applicant must be 18 years of age who wish to occupy the property. They must complete the application process with a fee in order to begin the process. This gives us the right to do a full credit check and a criminal background check. We will follow up with references that are listed on the application and verify the applicant’s employment. The applicant must show proof of employment for six months and have 2 and half times the rent in income.
Do you provide me with a monthly activity report?
Yes, we will provide you a monthly statement of rent and other income received. This also includes repairs, maintenance and other expenses that were incurred. If you have questions regarding your statement you can call me us anytime!
